Let me start by saying that I've enjoyed Nehrim and Enderal far more than the actual games they were based on. (Sorry, Bethesda.) I find the stories absolutely addicting and if they were novels, I would buy them in a heartbeat. As such, I'm dying to ask the author(s) of the main storylines behind these mods about some of the crossover, if any, between them. A lot of it is probably up to the player's imagination, and that's great, but with such a deep and rich storyline I would think there's more to it than just 'up to interpretation'.
Some questions, that may or may not have any answers to them -
I couldn't help but wonder what happens to the previous player character in Nehrim during all of this. I think I'm reiterating a common question - does Enderal's story make the shadow god insignificant?
Arkt obviously played a rather large part in both the Arktwend story as well as Nehrim. As I recall, , but we get to see some hint at his side of the story in Nehrim (at least, if you find the right book). I got the impression that he wasn't really evil, per se, but he sure seems to play a pivotal role in things, and that makes me curious as to if that has something to do with some of the other 'mysterious' characters, like the Aged Man and the Veiled Woman. Or maybe some men just want to watch the world burn?
Wasn't there some sort of 'soul train' in Nehrim? I thought maybe that pointed to a sort of reincarnation cycle or afterlife, but maybe I took that out of context.
I found that to be really confusing and I still wonder where that whole thing fits in. I spent some real quality time cussing at the computer at 3am on that mission, by the way... Be proud of that
