In Fallout 4, this perk allows you to carry infinite items at the expense of your stamina. More realistic than what we have now with a hard limit. The more stamina a person has the longer they can carry a heavy weight. Ideally, this should drain your stamina in proportion to the weight you are carrying.
This would help me a lot in my mission to collect every item in the game.
