The circle has a map marker called Ancient Circle of the Lost Ones and is located between the Old Three River Watch fort and the little bay with Penta's house on one side.

Finding the circle isn't so much of a problem, but the skeletons there can get nasty.

If I remember correctly I got a speechcraft bonus or something. Learning points much better imho
