As it says in the title ive been playing enderal and next time i opened it it wasnt working this is all that comes up on the launcher log:

to really make sure - this is the whole launcher.log from steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\EnderalLauncher\system\log?
(if not, please attach it to a post here )

could you post your system specifications?
did you make any changes to the skyrim.ini (in ...\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\)?
if so, delete the file (it will recreate itself as soon as you start the game)

yeah i already tried doing that it still closes itself so i came back to my old ini as i need it for my enderal enb, could that possibly be the problem?

If you have completely uninstalled the ENB, the old ini may not work.

Normally ursts solution (deleting the skyrim.ini) should work. Or you have not completely uninstalled the ENB?

If necessary you need to install Skyrim and Enderal completely new (clean!). Your savegames are usually unaffected (but better secured before).

can you start Enderal directly with the skse_launcher?

do you have any mods installed?
I doubt that they're the reason, but disable them to make sure.
