welcome to the forum
both Oblivion and Nehrim are fully patched?
(just asking, I have the retail - GOTY version of Oblivion which is not fully patched
if Shivering Island isn't installed
)
open the Nehrim launcher, under "Options" (or something similar?) should be an option to "rewrite ini"
(marked the stuff in the screenshot).
try that, hope that helps

Looks like missing meshes/textures. I would try to reinstall.
hm.
make sure that the only esm/esp - files in "Data Files" are
Nehrim.esm
NehrimData.esp
NehrimEnglish.esp
and all of them are checked.
are Auto-Updates (?) in Steam activated for Oblivion?
deactivate them.

I've not english.esp, but nehrim-1.5.0.8.ITA.esp, because I play in italian. I have to add english?
PS. autoupdate is alredy deactivated.

but you didn't try to start Nehrim with the OblivionLauncher?
I don't know how different the Steam version behaves,
but you should have a NehrimLauncher.exe in your installation directory.
you need to use either that or the oblivion.exe (in the same folder) (but I think you need to run the launcher at least once)

When the installation is complete, go to the folder where you have installed Nehrim. I had forgotten a small part of the guide ... "Copy
and paste ALL of it into your Oblivion folder (Steam/SteamApps\common)"
Thank you for your patience!
