I am not sure if there is something wrong or not, I have tried the install multiple times. I install Enderal, it seems to work, however after the download for the patch, it begins installing multiple items after the 7 that were downloaded, I am unsure how long this should take or if I am being over-anxious. I have included a screenshot to see if this might help.

try this here:
- Close the Enderal launcher.
- you might have a write protection on your directory - disable it.
- Open up the file: ...\Skyrim\EnderalLauncher\system\config\conf.sur with a text editor, i.e. Notepad++.
- Edit the line sCurrentVersion=x.x.x.x to sCurrentVersion=1.1.0.0 and save the file.
- Run the launcher as admin and install the patches again
that should do it
