I just recently tried to install Enderal. I deleted all skyrim mods, verified my skyrim install in steam, and removed my skyrim save game folder. I have also tried with one-Tweak enabled and disabled both with very low resolution settings. The launcher log's don't really report any errors except for "no listeners registered".
I can start the launcher, and click "Launch Enderal". Then I see the Skyrim menu, and I select "New Game" and then it asks "Explore Enderal?" and I click "Yes" and then the window simply disappears. The program does not stay loaded; the Task manager shows nothing for skyrim after the crash.
I did not see any other forum topics that seemed to help. What troubleshooting steps should I try?

welcome to the forum
what do you mean with "Skyrim menu"?
the logo?
it sort of sounds like an ini issue :/
you could delete the skyrim.ini from ...\Documents\My Games\Skyrim
and then run the game again, that could already work

The "Skyrim Menu" is the Skyrim logo with the Options for New Game, Load Game, Exit, etc. I renamed the Skyrim folder with the .ini files. It was recreated the next time I tried to load the game, but Enderal still crashed.
you shouldn't see that :/
there seems to be something wrong with your installation
did it ask you to download the patches?
you could try these two things:
doubt it will work though
save bet would be a reinstall,
best with a newly downloaded installation file, it might be corrupt.
use the torrent option. (unless you already did that, than the download is probably fine
