I used Dimensional Rift and the effect doesnt dissapear now - the sound keeps playing and the screen is constantly shimmering. what should i do?

you tried reloading an older save?
maybe use Dimensional Rift a second time, or restart the game.
otherwise:
do you have any mods installed?
try to use a different power (that uses some visual effect)
if that doesn't work:
could you upload a savegame?
found in ..\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Saves,
we'll need the skse and the ess of a manual (no quick- or auto-) save,
pack them to a rar or zip archive and attach them to a post here

We had the same issue a few months back, and we have got no solution for it. I recommend to load a save before the bug happened.
