Bug & Suggestion Thread

I'm going to post the bugs that I find here or things that I consider to be bugs or things that could be improved
Sorry in advance for posting things that cannot be fixed/changed, I have no idea how Skyrim works and what can be done
Feel free to discuss them with me!

Bug List

1. Archers should turn around faster - right now if you manage to get close to an archer, you just have to run in circles around him, he will never shoot you because it takes him too long to turn around to aim at you with the bow
2. Ghostwalk sometimes leaves something that feels like changed gravity, when I jump, I'm descending slowly and I can pick up items from afar
3. Ash Widow might not appear after entering the location with the claw. It means that she has been spawned underground and stays there. Doesn't happen 100% of the time.
4. Found an open door in the Undercity, nothing unusual except the fact that it had an apprentice lock on it
5. Better prices with Rhetoric - I had the same prices with 79 and 100 rhetoric, I don't think it's supposed to be that way, because why did I waste 21 points?
6. There are 2 Magic-imbued robes:
   ID 0011A516 - works correctly - Has an enchantment "Mana regenerates 10% faster", after disenchanting I learn this enchantment.
   ID 00074B0E - this one is broken. Has the same enchantment as above, but after disenchanting it, the enchantment I learn is Fortify Mana (Increases your Mana by X points.)
7. There is an item named "Silver sapphire Circlet of Magic Regeneration" (ID 0012E35D)
   The enchantment I learn from it has the same ("Silver sapphire Circlet of Magic Regeneration" as enchantment name!) and it cannot be applied to any item.
   Suggestion: The circlet should have the regular "Fortify mana regeneration" enchantment.
8. Item Nemesis Circlet (Set Item) (ID 000EB423) has an enchantment named "Nemesis Circlet"
   and as I can see this is the only set item that I can disenchant.
   Just like with the item above, I can't apply that enchantment to any item.
9. Bugged "Fortify Entropy & Mana Regeneration" in Circlet of Shadows (ID 00085a72)
   The enchantment on the circlet is "Entropy spells cost 5% less Mana to cast. Increase your Mana by 7 points" - which is incorrect, the enchantment should be called "Fortify Entropy & Mana".
   Because of that bug there are 2 enchantments with the same name ("Fortify Entropy & Mana Regeneration") with one working as intended (reducing cost of entropy spells and giving bonus mana regeneration) and another reducing the cost and adding mana, which is wrong.
10. Disenchanting Defence Robe (ID 00027CEE) allowed me to learn "Fortify Mana Regeneration" enchantment (Mana regenerates 9% faster).
    Disenchanting Ring of the arcanist (ID 0013778C) has taught me the same enchantment, but with 10% mana regeneration.
11. While typing in the filter window in the Arcane Enchanter, the H hotkey is working. It means that whenever I'm typing an item name that contains "H", it brings up the character sheet.
    Same stuff with alchemy workbench and probably all other benches/worktables/tanning racks.

Suggestion list

1. Block choosing Stamina/Mana/Health for 1 second after showing the stat selection window - it doesn't show up immediately after killing an enemy and I've pressed E many times because of trying to loot a body and ended up choosing the stat that I didn't want.
2. Trizeratops should be a bit stronger and give more XP. 250 XP for a creature from a myth is a bit low, I'm getting more for killing regular monsters.

He does post them over at the tracker. But it can be discussed here on the forums.
Some of the reports are just suggestions and maybe features (not so often^^), so we get some input from other people on the forums on these cases.
And he asked me about where to post and I said "either here or in the questions, critique .. sub forum", we read through it no matter what.
