Is it normal for areas to respawn completely? Like the bank for example, I was away for a couple weeks and when I came back to check on my money, everything reset like I hadn't been there at all. All the vaults were closed even the ones I picked and/or opened with a key. The option to buy a player home was available again even when I already purchased the nobles area house. And it's empty.
