quest difficulty

What level is ideal to tackle a three star quest? Four star?

I am at level 22 now and have been pursuing side quests. But most of those I have left are pretty difficult compared to what I have been doing. So I'm wondering if I should take up the main quest for a while before tackling the hard side quests.

Roughly you can say:

* = ~0-15
** = 15-20/25
*** = 25-30
**** = 30+

But that pretty much depends on your playstyle. In the earlier stages of the game archers are pretty weak, until they get their first perks (firearrows) and some perks to buff the damage of bows and while sneaking. Similar things apply to other classes.
