I found skaragg boots in one of the chest. Looks like modified forsworn armor. But i didn't come across with another parts of that armor. There's also heavy Skaragg armor verson but heavy armor isn't my type. Any ideas where I can find this light Skaragg armor?

The "Skaragg Shoes" are heavy armor. Did you find some other type of Skaragg boot that is marked "light armor" in the top left of the item picture despite what it looks like? All the Skaragg armor I've found in 2 playthroughs is heavy.

Anyway, I found that armor on sun born folk.

Where exactly did you find it? Can you provide a save game, or the ID of the item?

That's not a bug. I think he meant the reused Forsworn armor from Skyrim. Unlike the skaragg set armor pieces, the normal skaragg armor is light armor.
