But it hasn't work for me for some reason. I have the XP 32 Skeleton installed that is required for the mod but the equipping overhaul mod itself isn't working. My favorite weapons isn't showing up on my character.

Can't really say anything about it, I don't know the mods. Generally Skyrim mods do not work with Enderal, we have our own Masterfile etc. Could be that these mods rely on something we have recently kicked out.
So the mods need to be adjusted by their author for Enderal.
