Whenever I try to place furniture I get that message in german. Why? Is there a fix? id rather not buy the default placement given the way it truned out for the marketplace home

Do you have the newest patch 1.1.6.1?
The bug should be already fixed. Try leaving the house and entering it again.
If that's not working I would recommend to do a clean reinstall with a new installation package.

Yeah I have the newest patch. Do i run it from the launcher itself instead of from MO maybe?

Updates may not work properly with Mod Organizer, we recommend to use the Enderal Launcher to update and launch.

For some reason when i try to launch from the enderal launcher it brings up the skyrim launcher

Then there is something messed up with your installation.
I recommend a reinstall:
Uninstall the Enderal completely (not archiving!) via the launcher. Clean the Skyrim folder by hand. Install Skyrim via Steam. Verify it's game cache: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_art ... -QEUH-3335
Then run it to see if it works. If yes quit. If not you have done something wrong with the Skyrim installation.
Make sure you have the newest launcher A52: http://enderal.com/?lang=en
Download a fresh installation package (we recommend torrent) and install it with this instruction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dwlSsjehgQA

Whoa looks like I didnt need to run it through the enderal launcher or do a reinstall. After repatching all I needed to do was exit and enter the house again. I got the english translation now too. Awesome. I even got a notification when i entered. This feels really good man. Im happy now.
