I have mod organizer with about 5 mods installed. Among them SMIM, AHZmoreHUD, Pastel Map Markers and Better Jumping.
I can launch Enderal from there using SKSEand the RUN button.

I can also, launch Enderal from the Enderal Launcher. SMIS and AHZmoreHUD appear to be embedded as part of the Data Files.

Which should I use? I am assuming that if I use the Enderal Launcher< I will lose Better Jumping and Pastel Map Markers.

We recommend to update directly through the launcher withour MO. However you can start the Launcher through MO if you just want to play the game.

Just to be clear...am I correct in assuming that if I launch with the Enderal Launcher i will by-pass my moods?

Open the "data files" tab in the Enderal Launcher and activate the mods. You also can change the load order in this tab.

Well, the only mods listed under Data Files are SMIM and AHZmoreHUD, and they are activated. The others, such as Better Jumping and Pastel map Markers, are not listed and I don't see a way to add them.

You need to manually download them and after that you need to put the files in their respective directories.

Not sure...speaking specifically about Better Jumping, I have manually downloaded it but am not sure where to put it...what is its "respective" directory?
