I've recently uninstalled Enderal and reinstalled all my mods but it stills plays as if Enderal is installed for example my main menu is a shade of blue and my loading screens have a smaller box which shows the normal tips and lore ontop of that theres also no leveling screen.
i have the same problem and the read me file gave no help 
How do you have uninstalled Enderal? Did you deleted the Enderal launcher and the respective Enderal directory?
It could be that something went wrong.
Please attach the launcher log if it's still existing:
C:\program files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\EnderalLauncher\system\log\Launcher.log
Remove the .inis
Clear the Skyrim directory by hand and reinstall Skyrim. Verify Integrity of Skyrim's game cache.
It could be that something went wrong.
