Mouse cursor won't move, tried re-installing [solved]

Hi, I've just installed Enderal for the first time, and when the game loads I cannot use my mouse cursor. I can use the arrow keys to start a game, but my mouse never works. Not in the menus or game. Any suggestions? I've tried re-installing two times now.

I'll take this back, think I got it working now. Googled around some more and found that deleting the skyrim prefs and config .ini and restarting worked!
