I talked to Calia at the start of this quest when I was at the Sun Temple. As I advanced the conversation she said "follow me" and I entered a cutscene. I ended up in a building, Sun Temple Scuola, but Calia wasn't there so I followed the quest marker towards her location. Only once I gout out into the open area of the Sun Temple the quest marker showed me she was outside the Sun Temple. I could even see her standing in the field just past the entrance into the Sun Temple. However, when I go out there to meet here, she isn't there and the quest marker shows I need to go back into the Sun Temple.

Is there something missing that I need to do? Or is this broken/glitched and some way to fix it?

Tilliboy or other team members might ask you to attach a couple of saves in a zip file. One will be game with ess extension & the other with SKSE extenion.

default path: Documents > My Games > Skyrim > saves

Safest things to try if haven't done so.

Reboot, load game again and exit area-- take a myrad flight somewhere, etc. Return & see if game has 'caught up.'

If not, following console may or not 'jog' the dialogue & get things rolling again

Should move Calia to your location. Sometimes that's helped me proceed with dialogue, other times no...

Anyway, hope that helps!

I was able to advance it using a suggestion I found in another post. A console command, TCL I think it was? Let me float down to her location and continue with the quest.
