So i found a letter in a house in Dunnville and in it a person said he is waiting after 10pm in front of the old coastal village.

On the beach to the left two dead men are lying together with some stuff. Maybe they're related to the letter. Other than that I also couldn't find something useful regarding it. No quest aso.
