I just came back from the island, went back to tell Arantheal and the others what happened with Firespark. After all the talking and speaking with Lishari I wanted to go to the Beacon to talk with Arantheal, but it says "This person is busy".
I tried waiting 24 hours but that didn't help.

Is it a known bug, any way to fix it?

"This Person Is Busy" seems quite common. Probably CPU related because of sheer # of scripts Enderal uses.

Dialogue-- esp. if NPC is moving from one place to another, and has animation-- paces floor, looks at map, rubs chin... tends to get the "Person is busy" thing.

Give whatever it's supposed to be doing in the background time finish. If 5-10 minutes still "busy" - try exiting cell, going back in, rinse & repeat.

If that doesn't work, can console stages, but (for me at least) dialogue always worked for MQ, just very slow sometimes.

Actually I already managed to solve the problem. I started shield bashing him and 3 bashes got him running again. Guess old people sometimes need a little push.
