No cooldown or anything. Just outright can't use it. Can't use any other talents after using them either. The cooldown timers aren't recharging!!!

This problem never happened before but in any case I removed some recently downloaded mods, still not working. Reloaded older save files, still not working.

What the hell, man?

Someone please help! Perhaps there's a cell ID of the meditation place? Then I can coc there?

Well this works and I get new skills but I still cannot use my other talents! I reported the bug on the tracker but it seems people aren't getting help with their issues.

I've seen posts on Reddit and posted a few myself, people saying they can't use certain talents anymore as if they're stuck on permanent cooldown. For me, it's all talents. After I use a talent which I didn't use before(the last update perhaps) I just can't use it anymore. The talent bar flashes as if it's stuck on cooldown.

Now I'd be fine with this since I don't use them much. But even Meditation doesn't work!!!
