I have some Aeternas at 10 damage. Are there any higher?
As far as I know the Aeterna arrows have the highest damage of the "normal" arrows. As to how much damage, I have one character with archery skill at 84 and they do 10 damage; I have another with archery skill at 107 and they do 13 damage. I don't know if it is the archery skill or something else that causes the increased damage, but I tried changing around my armor and it didn't make any difference.
I have a feeling it might have to do with the level you are at when you first discover them, but just guessing. It could be just the skill level. My archery is at 79, so maybe I have 13 damage to look forward to when i hit 100
