i can find th god damm way out of that sphere room with the water after taking to caila , cant find any leaver or something to open the door.

I had the same problem.
The solution I found was you have to choose the "Where am I in your plans" dialogue option while talking with Calia.
Basically, you have to sleep with her to get out of the room.
