So I learnt about the mod after watching people play it on youtube, so i decided to get it myself. The downloads and installations ran smoothly. When I pressed launch, music began playing and a black skse window opened. They both stopped quite quickly and a steam box popped up saying it was preparing skyrim. The box kept closing and then immediately reopening at random times and the usual menu that has graphic options on wasn't coming up. I've disabled all of my mods on the nexus manager yet I still have this problem. I've tried reinstalling enderal but I still get the same problem.

Well then something messed up your installation. Uninstall Enderal via Launcher. Reinstall Skyrim (Verify it's game cache).
Get a fresh installation package - We recommend the torrent. Download the newest launcher! (The newest launcher is always on enderal.com)
It could be not enough to just disable your mods, you have to make a new profile for Enderal.
Make sure you delete/remove all the ENBs.
