When attempting to install the game through the launcher, I get all the way to the Start Installation button, but when I click it, the window hangs for a while and an error pops up that says "System.IO.IOException: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error." Note that Steam is running and I have always run the launcher as administrator.
Antivirus software and/or firewall disabled? Could be them blocking the launcher/installation.
