I found a coat, boots, helmet, gloves but I can not find a armor.
In what locations is the armor?

I found it in Grimlight Gallery, which is a mine WNW of the Heartlands Border Myrad station. I don't know if it is always there or a random drop.

I think i found it quite a ways past the blind miner in the undercity i think that was where i found it
