Lishari murder scene, under the quest stage 'search for hints of Lishari's death'

, if you already have another

capdust bottle

in inventory then picking up the one on floor won't trigger the conversation necessary to progress this quest, and thus the quest gets stuck.
This bug is reproducible, hope you fix it soon. Thanks!
