I have two wishing wells left,the one in the Deep Miners site and the one in the Golden Forest shore and I have no idea where the items the wells need are.The artifacts the wells need are a doll and a broken soul gem.Does anyone know where to find those items>

Doll:

Take myrad tower to Western Cliff. Hike south-east to "Galleon Wreck." Doll should be in a chest on front half of the ship near some stairs. Happy hopping & jumping. Took me a while. Got a good bow from it too. ; )

Broken Soul Gem:

Take myrad tower to Wellwatch. Follow road east to "Destroyed Abbey." Find the door to the library, but clean out the place to pickup a "Magical Symbol" too. The soul gem shard looks like a broken Azura star and is on a desk in the corner.

Glad to read you found the items. I have found 2 wishing wells but have no clues on how to find their items.
Do you just run around with a bunch of random junk in your inventory and hope you have what it takes when you find a wishing well?
If you find a wishing well item does the game tell you?
I have 5 broken soul gems all found on mad mages after taking their towers.
I've been storing them in my trunk since I haven't found anything in game telling me what they do.

There is no notification when you find an item for one of the wishing wells and no quest markers. When you find a wishing well, you get the little poem that gives you a clue what it wants, but the clues can be rather obscure; I think whoever wrote those got a little too clever, maybe they sounded better in German. So yes, accumulate junk in your chest. One strategy is, when you find a wishing well, place a "mark" spell there, teleport back to your chest and load up on anything that seems it might solve the poem, and "return" back to try your luck.

Thank you for that tip. I have two of the poems but like you said they are quite vague with no additional clues.
Thinking back I found a status in an old ship but sold the item as junk. Then I got a poem that made me think that item might be a wishing well quest item. I spent an entire day traveling to all the vendors I had sold to but there was not status for re-sale. It really bummed me out and will suck if I broke the wishing well quest do to general housekeeping of my storage trunk.
