Hello, I just installed the mod and **SPOILER** after the scene where your father is on fire and screaming my screen goes black and I hear an old man talking. The screen stays black as he talks and my mouse turns into a blue loading icon while the mans voice cuts out randomly. If I click anywhere the game crashes. I don't want to try waiting through the screen without clicking because I don't want to spoil it if this isn't supposed to be happening.

Is this a known error? Is there a fix?

Black screen and watching circle (endless loop ha!) might mean your settings are too high for your CPU & video?

2 choices maybe. reinstall or find out more via about quest stages via console. I'll include stages in a spoil box.

At console type:

Getstage MQP01 - A Nice Day in Summer

; should be 40 which is the end

Getstage MQP02 - A New Life

;depending on what the stage number is, might try console to see if that can move things along.

;5 = moves you to a ship

;7 = wakes you up. This is where you might be stuck?

;10 = think this double checks a buddy of yours on the ship

;15 = start CharGen - if you hear him talking, you are stuck here?

;17 = kill music and evaluate

;20 = cutscene

;25 = empty

;30 = tutorial & Chargen starts with you having to interact with an object

;35 = another cutscene

;40, 45, 50 = empty. (Showracemenu?)

;55 = combat tutorial - scripted

;60 = objective completed and we're up to SC04 for the intro to story / plot

;65 & 70 = empty

;75 = moves you and slams camera down so you have a nice view of the ship deck

;80 = cut scene & angry sea captain who doesn't like people sneaking on her ship without working or paying passage.

;85, 87 = empty

;90 = stuff it needs to do

;92 = empty & setup for next scene

;95 = Capital Punishment for stowaways on ships... Uh oh...

;100, 102, 104 = empty (or other scripts in background being updated?)

;105 = your HUD is enabled just in time for you to be tossed overboard with your stabbed friend.

;110 = empty

;115 = empty but must start 3rd quest, jog camera, swim for it, cut scene, etc.
