every time I start a new game my PC restarts on its own on the loading screen. I can't start the game at all, this is what I did so far:

-followed the installation steps correctly.
-deleted skyrim and re-installed it, then I deleted Enderal and re-installed it.
-removed all the mods I had before.
-updated Enderal.
-changed the graphic setting to Low

maybe I'm having this weird crash over and over cause I'm trying to start the game on 4K (3840x2160) ?
I'm using GTX980ti which is enough to run the witcher 3 on 4k 40fps maximum quality.

Let me ask you a question, when your PC restarts are you already in-game or no? I ask because lately when I play the game at random times my whole PC restarts on it's own, no warring or anything.

actually no I didn't even start the game when it restarts.

when I click on the newgame button and then the loading screen starts, then after like 5 seconds it restarts on its own

Uninstall Enderal first. Reinstall Skyrim. Verify the Integriry of Skyrim's game cache. Download the newest launcher from our website. Download a fresh installation package (we recommend torrent).
Deactivate all mods/ENBs or setup up a clean Skyrim installation. Follow this installation video.
