Not sure if 'expire' is the right word for it, but after finishing one of the main story quests, the game informs the player that some quests must be completed in a limited time otherwise they vanish. Is there a way of telling which quests these are? I'm basically stuck in a state of reluctance to actually continue the main quest because I have dozens of side-quests and I have no way of knowing if I can continue the main quest without some of them expiring.
Only the companion questlines are affected by your process in the main quest. That would be "Every Day Like the Last" and "Two Souls".

There's also The Biggest Egg Hunt Ever which will expire at one point of the main quest. I don't want to spoil you, though.
