No, unfortunately not. At the moment, we have nothig like this implemented in Nehrim. There is only a chance to adapt the mod after the release of Nehrim. Or maybe you want do this

I'm not part of the team though. Well, if it's being released this summer, that gives me time to get a better computer. So what your asking me is to implement this into it right before it's released (it will take a little bit but I think I can do it) right? This way you can sail from Tamriel to Nehrim to Valenwood (or some other continent that's being created also by some teams) with friends online (through Qwerty-Games). This would be an awesome idea and I'm willing to find a small team to make these all compatable. Sounds fun doesn't it.
