The title pretty much says it all like do you need to be a high enough level in handicraft is it not up-gradable or is it a magic weapon? Love the way the sword looks.

You cannot upgrade magic weapons nor legendary weapons (meaning a weapon with a unique name like "Three-handed Sword of Conan's Doom").
That sucks i really like that sword expected as much though
