I cannot move my character at all. I start a new character in Enderal and I am started on a cart in the village and it tells me that I must go talk to my father. That's great and all, but literally the only thing I can do is look around. No ability to move, no menus when I press keys, absolutely nothing works from keyboard to game. Help me?

Bump, this problem has yet to be resolved, does anyone have any thoughts?
May be a shot in the dark but have you tried making a new game to see if that fixes it?
i have (had) this problem too, started new game , didnt work, it got to the point where i just re installed the game, that fixed it
