So I am in the city and right when I saw the vision, it's subtitles permanently stuck on screen. Also, after looking at Calia, the mission Two Sould VI starts again... Reload from previous save doesn't help and neither does restarting the game. This game breaking bug prevents me from finishing the main questline...
I had this same problem. I just ignored the subtitles and continued down the path. Once I went through the next door (and therefore a loading screen) the subtitles disappeared (for a while, at least).
I managed to fix it simply by saving the game after the bug had happened and then loading it.
Known issue, but sadly it's unfixable at the moment (we do not know what triggers this bug). Just do as DevilSauron said:
