I've just downloaded the mod & reinstalled Skyrim for this and just after the intro quest, the next quest start with still a blackscreen and my game crashes, everytime, i've tried to deinstall and reinstall the mod and it still not work.

Up! still the same problem!
Does the video sequence is a blackscreen and crashes? Disable OneTweak.
If the problem still occurs upload your LauncherLog:
C:\program files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\EnderalLauncher\system\log\Launcher.log
