I have downloaded the EnderalInstall_EN.gz file. Unzipped it and placed the Data folder contents into the Data folder in my Skyrim folder. When I open Skyrim Launcher and click Data nothing shows there. I've never installed a mod before and i'm trying to follow instructions online but I seem to be having problems.

Any help?

Do not unzip it. The launcher does everything for you. Follow this instruction guide.
