Downloaded/installed/uninstalled files several times, launcher works, update works, when I hit Launch Enderal the same error always pops up.

A component of the Skyrim Script Extender has stopped working.

SHGetFolderPath 00000005 failed (result = 80070015 lasterr = 00000015)
Assertion failed in .\IDebugLog.cpp (64): SUCCEEDED(err) (code = FFFFFFFF80070015 (-2147024875))

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Could be a bug with an enabled ENB and SKSE. ENBs are most likely not compatible with Enderal.
Remove the ENB.

Furthermore go to \Documents\My Games\Skyrim\SKSE and upload all the log files. I'll have a look on this.
