While my first attempt at Enderal worked fine mechanically, I had to reinstall due to texture issues. However, it seems that the Loading zone that should lead to the abandoned temple right near the start of game doesn't work at all.
When I enter it, while the border is displayed for the image, no image shows up, and no flavor text appears underneath it. After about 15 seconds of hanging on that screen, it crashes every time.

Does it crash with the newest launcher and patches?

- OneTweak enabled/disabled (try it out)
- Change CPU and RAM usage
- Change all settings to low, then try to zone out,
- Deleting all autosaves from your savegame folder and disabling the autosave function
- Change the HUD opacity to 0%. Change it back after the certain loading screen.
