I have tried many times to try and get Enderal working and it just doesn't work for me. I font understand what i did wrong. I download the EnderalInstall_EN gz 4 times now (i thought maybe the files were corrupted the first few times i downloaded it) I used the utorrent to download the files every time (cause thats what was recommended). I downloaded the launcher and did all the steps to install Enderal but it didn't work. After doing this about 3 more times i thought maybe my skyrim was messed up so i uninstalled it and reinstalled it just to make sure. Nope still didn't work. The screen i see when i launch Enderal (from the launcher) is:
imgur com/a/cjNsE
And after pressing New i get this screen: imgur com/a/ysMVM which doesn't change at all i left it like that for 5 hours and nothing happened. Also i meet all requirements to run Enderal.
The only "addons" i have are the dlc's for skyrim, but i don't see how those could affect Enderal from running.
*UPDATE*
I have now removed dlc's and tried again. Still no change
Please help, Thanks

Hello...same problem here. I have freshly installed vanilla/unmodded Skyrim with all DLCs on Steam. Downloaded EnderalInstall_EN.gz via torrent, installed it through the launcher, went through options, all is ok. Updated to 1.1.1.0 via launcher. When I launch Enderall from the launcher, I get regular Skyrim main screen. If I click New, dialog pops up asking if I want to explore Enderal. When I click Yes, dialog goes away and nothing happens, I stay in that Skyrim window indefinitely.
I have an i5-4670K @3.40 GHz, 8 GB of RAM and Nvidia GTX 660Ti with latest drivers. In launcher settings, it doesn't matter if OneTweak is on or off, I still get stuck. The resolution is set to 1080p, aspect ratio 16:9. In Optimization tab, RAM usage says 7 GB even though I set the slider to 6, and I can't seem to change it. CPU count says 4, even though slider says 2, and I can't change it either.
This is the latest entry in the launcher log:
Could the issue be the SKSE or is it Steam related?
EDIT: forgot to add, the launcher is set to be run as administrator. Also, I have SKSE that I downloaded via Steam long ago.If I remove it (I thought it may conflict with SKSE that comes with ENderal), launcher reports that SKSE is missing. I tried manually staring skse_loader from the Enderal folder within Skyrim directory and it says that TESV.exe cannot be found. If I start the skse_loader that is in Skyrim dir, it launches Skyrim normally, without Enderal. Perhaps it really is SKSE issue...I will try to redownload and reinstall Enderall and see what happens.

Well, redownloading and reinstalling seems to have fixed it. I have no idea how and why, I did everything exactly the same as the first time...but, atleast I can play now.

So i have just completely deleted my Skyrim from my computer removing all mods for skyrim and reinstalling steam completely. i will try to install Enderal this time and see what happens.
*UPDATE*
Nope nothing still the same as before. I wish it would just work for me. This is very frustrating, i hope someone knows how to fix this. I have looked online and couldn't find anything to help me.

I'm having somewhat of the same problem. I was able to install and launch the game but when I click "New", the message to explore Enderal pops up, I click it and the game just crashes. I think this might have to do with ENB mods being installed but I have them inactive, and my friend has the same ENB mods as me (still installed) but was able to actually play the game. I'm not sure how to completely delete the ENB mods (other than uninstalling skyrim) since they seem to keep popping up in the Skyrim Files even after deleting them from the file and from the nexus mod manager. I would reinstall Enderal and Skyrim, but I get less than a megabyte per second, so I don't want to do that since it may not be necessary. Also, I updated the launcher just about an hour or so ago.

Both (launcher and package) have to be the english versions! Do not unzip the package.
Follow this Enderal installation instruction video.
