I did all of the wishes for Ryneus and defeated his possessed soul. I went back to his cabin where I was supposed to get him a horse to take him back to Ark. I got the wild horse nearby and came back to the cabin where he was laying in bed. He said something about making a fire. From there I interacted with him and get "Silence". My quest for "A song in the Silence" updated to Return to Arc with the blackstone. However I do not have a blackstone in my inventory and the other quest line for "Salvation of us all" still says Find the Dal'Geyss blackstone and bring it back to Archmagister Merrayil. I made my way back to Ark and returned the other two blackstones but there is no option for me to turn in or give him the supposed third one I got off of Ryneus. Am I missing something here or is this a bug? In the cave Ryneus said that the blackstone was in an amulet but I have searched the entire household and village and cannot find it! Has anyone else had this issue or possibly know what direction to point me in?
When you went back to him and there was silence, did you click on him again (with "E") and get the choice to take a black pearl or bury him?
Omg thank you so much. That worked. I thought I somehow broke the quest and was going to have to start from my last hard save which was 6 hours prior. THANK YOU!
