So I did the quest at the temple with the machine, then went to have a chat with Calia about what happened.
She said we should talk somewhere else and screen went black. I ended up in a room filled with burned marks and Calia was no where to be found. After looking, so did I spot her on the field outside the temple, but could not walk out to her (she disappears when you leave the temple). So I had to use console commands to get to her, then again to get back (temple only loaded on inside, so door was black and unusable).
It might be a one time bug, because of my mods, but I felt like sharing, as the moveto command is not easy to use in that situation (hard to target).

I had this exact same problem, but without any mods loaded. I did a clean install of Skyrim after erasing everything, and only installed Enderal on top of it. Besides an occasional CTD or certain messages appearing in German, this is the first real "bug" I have encountered. It's at the end of Two Souls, Part II. I appeared in the training area under the barracks, and she seems to be off the map, standing on the field below. I tried going out the front entrance and to the right, where I can get to the field, but she isn't there. The quest marker shows she is still in the temple area. I will have to see if i can use MoveTo to get around this, as you did.
Would be awesome if you could submit a ticket at our tracker! And attach your savegame!

i had this issue, i got past it by saving just before starting the conversation with calia, then exiting, and reload said save. seemed to fix it for me.
We can't test it ourselves if you upload a savegame in which the quest is already done. Please upload a previous savegame in which the bug occurs.
