Hey there, I'm in the quest and I've found Jespar in the Dancing Nomad, however when I sit down Jespar won't initiate conversation with me and there are no options when I try speaking to him besides the current events one. I've tried quick saving and quick loading, and I even disabled and enabled his character but still nothing. Is there anything I can do to force the conversation so he'll talk to me without messing the quest up or missing any important info?
