So, after the Nehrimese put my character to sleep in a raft with Jespar, I wake up in the second Nightmare of the game. My character is able to move, but not interact with anything, and so I walk up to the house, where my "Daddy" is chopping wood. No cutscene seems to happen like I expected, where he would have interacted with me and spoke to me like he did the first time. With most player controls disabled, I am not able to open the door to the house or talk to him, or touch anything, and I don't know where I am supposed to go next.
Did you try to save before you come near Daddy and reload that save?
If that does not work try to load a save from before you enter the dream - could be a random engine hiccup; these unfortunately happen every now and then.

That worked this time. 
I loaded up the original autosave, and this time the script seems to have pooted into life. :3
