"random crashes" is too vague for someone at SureAI to help you. If you have a repeatable crash (happens over and over again under the same circumstances) you can fill out a bug report to sureAI. They have already been working for several weeks to eliminate crashes where the cause can be pinpointed, but there are some crashes where they just can't determine the cause. Best thing to do is save often, including hard saves (as opposed to just using quick saves) and expect that some crashes will happen and that you will have to be replaying a bit.
