Hi,
It took about 5 hours for me to download through your torrent and when I get past the system requirement check in the launcher and click on the install Enderal it will come up with the above error.
My file directory shows the below.
EnderalInstall_EN Archive 8,228,208 KB
I'll try to download again later (not your torrent choice this time) but was wondering if it might be something else.
Also, I don't pass the video card (GTX 550 Ti) but I don't think it would give the file invalid error.

Update
Spent another 5 hours downloading from second site and it is installing now so everything seems ok.
File size on second download is 8,230,435 KB so something must have been missing using the qtorrent download
