Yeah, 4.5 is installed.. where would this log be, in the same directory? If that is the case, I am afraid there is no log.. I guess that makes sense since I think the launcher actually does not ever launch.. it does not crash or anything, just never gets to the stage where it is loaded..

The LauncherLog is in: C:\program files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\EnderalLauncher\system\log\Launcher.log

Nope .NET Framework 4.5 IS already installed since I've followed the installation spteps on your page and re-downloaded it just in case, thou it already was in the system and said something that may sound in english like: "its already a part of your system. Same version or upper already installed" Plus, the error is a null reference while looking for a valid directory. Oh, and I'm using Window 8, which includes by default .net framework 4.5.

Erm, there is no Skyrim Launcher directory, it never gets that far for me.. I just run the .exe and nothing happens, like I said

i got 4.61 installed when itried to install 4.5 it says you got a higher version installed so it should be fine...

its the first time igot a problem with lauchers or any palication that needs 4.5 or any aplication so it must be a launcher problem...

and also here THERE IS NOT a enderal launcher log to get that you need the exe of enderal to be functional to the least

id DONT WORK to go to that far.... tried eveything

removed antivirus lower security to 0 gave it exeptions , full controll for any user run as admin for any user tried cmd lol


so as you understand it must be a problem of the launcher for sure

Hello,

I've met the same problem on Windows 8.1 and solved with the following procedure.
Sorry if I'm not accurate because I didn't take any screenshot, have a very limited memory , and owns a french Windows version.

- Firstly i've tried classic launch, double click on exe => nothing happens
- Then i tried launching it with admin rights by right click on .exe and by choosing "Launch as admin..." ==> a microsoft pop-up appears saying that exe. is blocked for security purpose because exe source is unknown (i don't remember which microsoft software is involved in this block mechanism)
- then i right click again on .exe => Propertiers and see a button just below the "Adavanced button" at the bottom of General Tab
- I click this button "Un-block"
- Then launch again .exe with admin rights by right-clicking => "Launch as admin..."
AND Tada it works !
I've installed successfully Endereal, made the update 1.1.02 through launcher and now i'm ready to play

I have Windows 10, and there's an 'Unblock' checkbox in the file properties dialog, 'General' tab. It's below the 'Advanced' button, not inside the 'Advanced' dialog.

I just tried it on Windows 10, and it worked ok.

There is unblock button in windows 7. But it is not helping. It is not make any difference. Still crashes.

Never experienced a crash, just double click on exe did nothing at all
I think you may have a different problem and maybe exe log file can help...
Also did you tried to launch exe with as Admin ?

I tried it all. There are two possibilities i can see right now. Or i will reinstall OS, or wait for new Deus Ex.

i did everything elso both versions dont work no log files to create log file it had to work first... even partialy

and then crash but with unblock admin removed antivirus firewall exeptions and what ever you want it still fails
