I am using Helmet Toggle 2.0 and it works fine.

To install download manually and install the files into your skyrim/data folder.
Run the Enderal launcher click the data files button and you should see helmet toggle2.0 .esp ,check the box.
go in game open MCM mod configuration and check hide helmet box and change the hotkey from "h" to a key that Enderal isn't using. I am using the "n" key.
