I am unable to switch between Enderal and Skyrim, I played some Enderal, then I wanted to play some Skyrim, but Mod Organizer won't launch Skyrim.

The Enderal Launcher did a backup of your Skyrim folder because it has to be in the Skyrim root directory. (you know that if you read installation instruction)
Start the Enderal Launcher. Press the button "Change installation" then "uninstall Enderal".After that you can choose between deleting Enderal or archive it for another try. Whatever you choose. Press "Start uninstallation". Enderal ist now removed from you Skyrim folder and Skyrim will be restored. Do not abort/stop the uninstall.It will ruin your Skyrim files.
