Alchimists have several Ambrosia in their inventory. Like Tarhutie Leklerk on the marketplace in the little "starting village" Flusshaim or Mirella Göttertrank in the arker noble quarter.

Alchimists have several Ambrosia in their inventory

The 1st alchemist had 3 or 4 in inventory. But one ambrosia only reduces the fever by 20%, so if your fever is high, you might need the entire stock of ambrosia right away.

Also the "Hehler" in the "Unterstadt" of Ark have 2 or 3 in their inventory. And there is at least two of them.

You can find a lot of Ambrosia while exploring Dungeons

I've noticed that healing potions that are found or bought have a 2% or 3% increase in arcanic fever. Healing potions that you brew yourself (alchemy) do not increase the arcanic fever but won't boost your health during combat. That can help reduce the need for ambrosia.
